Open the girl's profile and under the main photo you'll see the SEND MESSAGE button. Click on it, and a box where you can write your message will appear. You can also attach your photo. If you go to Ladies Profiles, you'll find a Send Message button under each girl's profile.

Sure, you can communicate with several girls simultaneously. If an incoming message from a girl has been received, then an envelope icon will appear in the active chats section. During the video chat the chosen girl's video is displayed (camera icon shows which girl's video is currently displayed). Your video can be seen by several girls simultaneously (an eye without a cross icon means that a girl is viewing you).Your viewing of a girl, a girl's viewing of you and real-time text chat are three separate services and they are paid separately. The cost of 1 minute of each of the services is equal to 1 credit (the website's virtual currency).

In the text chat credits are written off only after you send message or click start video button. E.g. if you have written a message to a girl and she answer on it, or, on the contrary, a girl has written you a message and you answer on it, 1 credit will be written off from your account. In video chat credits are written off only after clicking on the Satrt Video button (1 minute is equal to 1 credit). If the text chat is not stopped, it is automatically prolonged after 1 minute, just like the video chat.

If you close the page and do not return within 1 minute, all the chats will be stopped and the credits will not be written off.

If you'd like to stop communicating, click on the Stop icon in your Active Chats (this user will be saved in your Contacts). You also can click END ALL button to stop all chat sessions.

Maximum delivery term is 2 weeks, but as a rule we deliver gifts within 3-5 days. In case the gift is not delivered, all your credits will be returned to your account.

The evidence will be a photo of the girl with your gift.

Go to the girl's profile and you'll see the ADD TO CONTACTS button under her main photo. If you are currently in the Ladies Profiles section, there is an opportunity to add a girl to your Contact in the available profile lists. If you have already communicated with a girl through the Send Message or Live Chat service, she will be automatically added to your contact list.

Go to the girl's profile, click on the GET CONTACT INFO button and follow the instructions. The information request will be sent to our Russian or Ukrainian partner (local marriage agency), and if the girl agrees to provide her contact data to you, you'll get it as soon as possible. We will inform you about it with a letter in the Customer Support section. Usually this procedure lasts up to 5 days, but in rare cases the result can be obtained a bit later. It all depends on how soon the local marriage agency will contact the girl in order to provide the requested information to you. Contact Info includes the girl's full name, her mobile phone number and e-mail. In order to make a contact info request to a certain girl you have to write 15 letters or spend 3 hours on the chat in order to get to know each other better. This way the girl will have more trust in you and she will more probably provide her contact info to you. If you have any additional questions you can get in touch with the Customer Support service.

You should send a request to the Customer Support providing the Lady ID, your arrival date and the period of your stay. Our Russian or Ukrainian representatives will organize transfer from the airport, provide you with an interpreter if the girl does not speak your language, a personal driver, accommodation for your choice, or arrange a romantic date with your girl. Your stay is going to be comfortable and pleasant. Our representatives take all responsibility for your visit. This service is called Romantic Tour.

You can make a request for the girl's contact info and organize your trip yourself! In this case we do not bear any responsibility for your date! Practice shows that it's better to use the Romantic Tour service.

You should send a request to the Customer Support providing the Lady ID, your arrival date and the period of your stay. In the nearest time we will inform you with a letter in the Customer Support section providing detailed information and costs of the Romantic Tour service. Flight tickets are not included into the cost of the Romantic Tour, you should book them yourself.

You can use the password recovery form "Forgot your password" in signin section. In order to get a new password you should enter the e-mail address you used while registering on our website.
